Perfect End to MDW

I started the holiday with a trip to Wildwood with Ondraius and Dan, and apparently a surpise showing by new Amanda (sortaaa changed the dynamic of the trip). Then the day we get back a huge grad party with kegs open bars food pool hot tub hookah even a goddamn moon bounce. Then a chill night followed by a beerbq to finish the other keg, in which i smoke a sour D blunt and a blunt of endless sky my friend grew at his place. Grillin mad burgers n hot dogs, drinking wine n beer and smoking all day until my dad shows up late at night as my friends goes and says "wanna get happy?"

Moving along, i find myself out in the gazebo with my pops puffin on his 40 year old piece and his prestine quality greenery. After the first bit i offered up some fun with the bong and showed him how its done with wolfgang at columbia, and my little brother joins the fun for some conversation and modern music. MGMT, vampire weekend, radiohead and sublime pass through the mix as my elder n i continuously refill our glasses of rare gentlemen jack wiskey and a bottle of johnny walker and i think to myself... life is good...

looking ahead, im going on a road trip to toronto to see the girl i met in DR, then to indiana to see how ondraius lives his home life. when i return im goin to florida to visit my homie duane in gainesville, followed by wes while seeing another bon iver concert. then i chill with one of my close friends from home at her prom n post prom (yea shes in high school but shes awesome anyway) and then columbia for 2 months. i'm shifting away from life at my comfortable home and going in a new direction, travelling and becoming more independent. and i look back and i think, damn life at my house was easy and great, but ive gotta move on and leave marks of my own, accomplish some goals and feel significant. i wanna meet new people, experience new things, and pursue a dream life of fun times and mental experiences. and im glad i have the utilities and the means to live all of that. live is great everyone, and im glad we have the blog so i can show my appreciation for all of you. sweetsauce gents.

My friend showed this to me last night. Shit is fucking creepy. I thought it was just cuz I was high, but I watched it again now, and it definitely still creeped me out. Good song though, and the video is well done despite the creepiness.

1. I got high and saw Star Trek tonight. It was awesome, even though for the first 30-45 minutes I had little to no idea what was going on, and have since been trying to puzzle the ramifications of time travel.
2. After that, my friend drove me home, where we smoked a bowl and watched a lightning storm in the distant night sky.
3. After that, my other friend came, and we drove around in his car smoking and listening to Relapse.
4. After that, I blogged.

Prof Daniel is starting to hate me

My awesome CC professor who always lets me hand in my stuff maddd late just sent me this email today:

Dear Kelly,
It would not be fair to hold up all the other students' grades in your class until I
receive yours. Not having received your final, I have sent in a C Grade for you to the
registrar. The grade can still be changed if you send me your final by 12 noon on Friday,
May 22nd. If I do not receive a response from you before then, your grade will remain a
C. It would be a shame for you to let this happen because you have been doing quite well
so far in class.

Inaugural Post

Well, gentlemen, here we come to the start of something beautiful. Hopefully. We need to decided on a name for our blog, and if anyone has any strong objections to this template feel free to voice them, I pretty much picked it at random. And with that, the information that prompted me to make this blog so I could communicate it to you (yes, I could have used Facebook, but it's summer now, so I have way too much free time):

On June 8, Bon Iver is coming to Orlando. On June 10, Animal Collective is coming to Orlando. The tickets for both are pretty cheap, and my friend has said that as many people as are going can stay in his apartment, so a place to stay is not an issue. Plus on June 9 we could go to one of the many amusement parks in Orlando, or any number of other activities. Orlando is pretty much the shit. Therefore, you should all come. I think it would be an epic three days.
